Hague & Holland Photo Tours

What is better than combining a bit of fresh air and exercise with sightseeing? No crowds, no waits, no break neck speeds, no hop-on-hop-off bus. Just a leisurely pace to take in the main attractions of the “Hofstad” with plenty of stops for pictures.

Join me for a tour around the city I have called home for twenty years. I will share tips and tricks on how to make better pictures and answer your questions throughout the tours. And remember there are no dumb questions just dumb answers. I will point out camera angles and help you make your own postcards. This is not just a tour it is a walking/biking workshop with the “City of Peace and Justice” as our model.

No need for fancy gear or expert knowledge. Just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm to make a fun day out.

Minimum 2 persons per workshop.

Take a Tulip tour (by car – 4 hrs)

1 April – The tulips are gone (around 15 May)

In April every year the fields North of The Hague explode with colours. First out the yellow daffodils, then the blue, red and white hyacinths, then of course the tulips. See for yourself the world famous Dutch tulip fields during the peak season. Walk knee deep in bright reds, orange and yellows (and probably an array of other colours as well). If your schedule allow we go during the “Golden hour” for the best photographic light and avoid the crowds. Feel free to get down on your knees for a close-up, smell the soil and the rich flower fragrance.

During the tour you will get tips and learn a few tricks on how to get amazing flower pictures.  You will be driven in the comfort of a private car to the best tulips fields in The Netherlands where you can make your own post cards. Tours daily during April. Pick up at your hotel or residence in The Hague. For “Golden hour” tours we depart at 16:00 (4 PM) and return around 20:00 (8 PM). Other times available.

No bus, no fuss, no cues, just hues
